New here? Expect it to feel different from the first minute. The clinic is softly lit and quiet — closer to a day spa than a hospital — and your appointment is deliberately longer than most clinics allow, so nothing is rushed and every question gets a proper answer.
Bring any vaccination records you have, a list of any medications, and your questions — all of them. If your pet has a favourite treat, bring that too; we like to stack the deck in their favour. Between us, our team speaks English, Portuguese, Mandarin and Afrikaans — so more of our community can talk through their pet's care in the language they're most comfortable in.

Feed your baby wherever and whenever you need to — the waiting room, the consult room, anywhere you're comfortable. You never have to ask.
If anything makes a vet visit harder for you — hearing, sight, mobility, sensory needs or anything else — just let us know, and we'll adapt how we do things so it works for you.
We're open Monday to Friday, 7:45am–5:30pm. Outside those hours, don't wait for us — the Animal Emergency Service has vets on around the clock, and they're excellent.
